For those wanting a second bedroom to give guests more privacy, this can be accomplished by moving the galley forward from the aft bulkhead and reducing the saloon/galley area to 17ft x 12ft still a nice space for day to day living. The boat also features a walk in shower with vanity unit plus a separate toilet also with vanity unit. Traditionally Dutch barge interiors were painted white, so to eliminate the need for regular painting we have used white ash formica on 9mm plywood giving a more modern feel to the interior whilst the fitted American white ash furniture retains a nice warm feeling as one would expect on such a vessel.
