STEELWORK :- 10-6-4 43A Grade plate. Canted decks fore and aft. Self draining decks fore and aft. Engine beds. Keel cooling tank. Rudder,tiller and skeg. Gas bottle locker. Integral handrail with finger grip. Upsweep to boatmans cabin on traditional hull. Over hang to front cabin bulkhead. Unique grab handles to forward and aft end of cabin sides. Integral diesel tank (approx 45gallons) and filler. Stainless steel domestic water tank (approx 100gallons). Tee stud and bollards. Pole and plank holder. Centre roof ring. Recessed fender eyes. Steel external doors. Rubbing strakes welded top and bottom.

ENGINE AND STERNGEAR:- Izuzu 35hp with PRM gearbox, deluxe instrument panel, oil sump pump, 17 x 12 bronze propeller, 1 ½ inch diameter stainless steel propshaft, centraflex coupling, stern tube, remote brass greaser, fuel water trap sedimentor, single lever forward/reverse throttle control, heavy duty starter battery, bilge pump.

EXTERIOR FINISH :- Primed with red-oxide and finished using CRAFTMASTER high build undercoat and coach enamel. Customer choice of colour.

WINDOWS :- Up to windows, portholes or combination of both to customer size and position. Finished to customer choice of gold/silver anodised or black powder coated.

BALLAST :- Paving bricks as required.

INSULATION :- Spray foam minimum 1 ¼ inch.

INTERIOR LAYOUT :- As per agreed drawing at time of signing contracts to ensure windows are in the right place.

INTERIOR LINING :- Choice of beech, oak or ash veneer on 6mm plywood (not MDF) fixed on softwood batten.

BULKHEADS :- beech, oak or ash veneer on 18mm blockboard and fitted to customers specifications. As all our panel products are specially ordered in we can order enough materials for the customer to finish the boat to the same high quality as we pride ourselves on.

HARDWOOD TRIM :- A selection of 5 different hardwoods to compliment the interior lining. Extra mouldings can be supplied to finish the boat.

WIRING :- 12v and 240v wiring installed to customer requirements. Fittings and fuse board can be supplied and fitted by us.

PLUMBING AND HEATING :- Available as an extra if required

GALLEY :- Separate oven and hob, 240v fridge and freezer, single drainer sink, choice of worktop colour. Option to upgrade worktop available. Studio size washing machine by Candy or Zanuzzi also available.

FITTED FURNITURE :- Constructed from 18mm block-board with hardwood trim to customers specification.

SOFT FURNISHINGS :- Mattresses, seat cushions and curtains can be supplied from a wide range of fabrics by us at very reasonable prices.
 
BATHROOM :- Household quadrant shower with choice of waterproof panelling, Thetford electric swivel cassette toilet. Toilet with holding tank available. Vanity unit with wash basin. 4ft x 2ft bath also available.

240v ELECTRICS :- Shoreline socket with two ring mains and separate feed to immersion heater plus two spare trips. Voltmeter, correct polarity and power on lights. Installed to current Boat Safety Scheme recommended practices.

12v ELECTRICS :- Installed to current Boat Safety Scheme recommended practices and includes all lighting, pumps horn etc. Ammeter for domestic supply and voltmeter for domestic and engine batteries. Circuit breakers remove the need to carry spare fuses.

PLUMBING :- Domestic water pump with accumulator tank to ensure even flow of water. 15mm speedfit pipe-work and fittings used as standard but copper pipe is available as an extra. Domestic hot water calorifier heated by engine, central heating if fitted and 1kw immersion heater.

Extras

HEATING :- Puffin solid fuel stove with/without back boiler or Mikuni diesel fired central heating with room thermostat and choice of fin-rads or radiators. Option of fan-matrix heaters to provide hot air heating.

INVERTER/CHARGERS :- Supplied by Victron. Inverter/charger combi units supplied with remote control panel for ease of use.

ELECTROLUX TRAVEL POWER :- Replaces second alternator on engine and produces up to 3kw of 240v power while the engine is running. Domestic batteries are then charged via the charging side of the inverter/charger.

SATELLITE TV :- Fully automatic self seeking satellite dish and control box. No standing outside in the pouring rain with a compass and meter.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:- While we do our utmost to ensure our boats maintain a very high spec we do appreciate that some customers do have specific needs and we are more than happy to meet them. For example :- outside storage for a motorised wheelchair, even a custom made parrot cage.

DUTCH BARGES AND WIDEBEAM BOATS :- Similar specifications to the above but with larger horse-power engines. Dutch barges are different steelwork spec but are built to category C of the Recreational Craft Directive.
